
The new Mazda6 is strongly derived from the Takeri Concept, Mazdas study at the Tokyo Motor Show 2011. That the sharp edges in the production model would have been ironed out this fourth teaser shows how we the whole side of the new 6 will be seen. The wheel arches and the roof seem to run just a little rounder than the Takeri. A necessary evil enough leg and head room to accommodate the up to five occupants. Nevertheless expects a strong, dynamic design Takeri which Mazda is throwing high eyes in the D segment.
Engines
the engine range of the new Mazda6 will consist of some gasolines and diesels, of course provided SkyActiv technology with respectively an unprecedented high and low compression ratio. By this technique to be applied can be a more efficient combustion to be obtained with a higher engine power and lower fuel consumption. The Mazda6 is expected to be equipped with the 2.0 liter and 2.2-G SkyActiv SkyActiv-D.
