2002 UP HONDA CIVIC SI FRONT BUMPER INSTALLATION MANUAL

PARTS LIST : • Grill kit • Small screws 12 • Square spring washers 12 • Z-brackets 2 • 6mm bolt 6 • 6mm nut 6 • Self tapping screws 2.

TOOLS REQUIRED : • Phillips screw driver • Power drill • 3/8" drill bit • 10mm socket and wrench • Pliers.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS :

1) Remove the factory bumper cover from the car and remove the factory grill. Make sure you save your factory hardware.

2) Place the front bumper onto the car and align it into the desired position and drill out the mounting hole on the top of the bumper with the 3/8" drill bit. Then remove the bumper from the car.

3) Now place the factory grill onto the bumper and align into the desired position. Use a small drill bit and drill a hole through the bumper into the mounting holes of grill.

4) Use the factory hardware to attach the front grill to the front bumper.

5) Place bumper back onto the car and use the factory hardware to reinstall the bumper.

6) Now pull the bumper and so that it is in the right position and it is not sagging. Then take the z bracket and attach it to the radiator support with the factory screw and to the tsunami bumper with the 6mm bolt. Finish
