1 step. Remove the contents from the box and damaged. Parts list for all parts.
2 step. Read and fully understand the instructions before starting the installation.
3 step. In the picture above, passengers and drivers to determine the mounting bracket.
Step 4. Lower splash shield push-type retainers from (16) and (2) remove the bolt 6mm. Remove the plastic splash shield mounting location is accessed.
Step 5. Lower radiator support (4) finds a hole 14mm. (4) attach a mounting bracket using 1/2-13 x 1.00 "head bolt, (4) 1/2" lock washers, (4) the teeth inside the outer 1/2 "flat washers, (4) 1/2" lock washers, hex (4) 1/2-5/16 x 14 hexagonal nut, 1.75-18 (2) "hex-head bolts, lock washers (2) 5/16", 5/16 "flat washers (2) and (2) 5/16-18 flange lock nuts. Leave loose.
Please note: wheels are for the attachment again, adjusted for the error in the support of spirra unibody to avoid.
Step 6. Install the mounting brackets on one side at a time. Carriage bolt and remove the 14 mm bolt on the existing 14mm and 14mm by using the lock washer, and provide (1) (1) 14mm flat washer per side mount for attaching the braces.
Step 7. Repeat on the opposite side.
Step 8. To temporarily use the supplied (2) Safari bar attachment 1/2-13 hex-head bolts and lock washers (x 2.00 "1/2" (2) and (2) 1/2 "flat washers. Center and level. Hand tighten the bolt the Safari bar. Strengthen and torque the bolts to mount 14mm mount brackets, hand and leaving the Volt braces. only remove the Safari bar
Step 9. Mounting bracket to accommodate the attachment of the Safari bar plastic splash shield. Cutting instructions for cutting instructions:
10 step. Splash shield push-type retainer bolts, and all 6mm.
11 step. Bar 1/2 "fastener previously removed using Safari again. Specification below Center, level, and torque the fastener
