Stages of preparation for the installation of fuel system
A: adjust both seats to the full forward position with upright seatbacks.
B: disconnect the negative battery cable.
C: remove the rear Interior panels 5 starting with the piece along the entire width of the car just under the rear window. Then remove the two flat panels located behind the seats. Then remove the two angles. Finally, remove the Assembly speaker and rear Center cover. (The Panel all along the width has 3 push lock pin style barbed w/one on each end and one in the Centre) (The 2 flat panels have 4 push pins hold each block, barbed w/any snagging a couple of inches from each corner of the panels) (Corner sections are held in place with 3 Philips screws which become exposed after they have been removed the flat panels)
D: remove the engine cover.
E: remove the strut brace from the engine compartment.
F: remove the stock air box.
G: remove the metal cover, intake manifold name plate bonnet and fuel rail covers.
H: carefully raise the machine using an automotive lift. If no automotive lift is available, use a floor jack. If using a floor jack raise the vehicle up to 4 racks can be quietly under the body of the factory recommended drives appropriate positions. The cars must be high enough to remove the fuel tank.
1: remove the rear wheels at this time.
J: relieve fuel pressure in the fuel tank, releasing the gas cap.
