Jaguar Land Rover will make cars in China

Jaguar Land Rover goes along with the Chinese Chery Automobile Company own cars and new models in China. With the partnership is 10.9 billion Chinese yuan (nearly 1.4 billion) involved.

That made the British carmaker Sunday. The two recently received approval from the Chinese government to work together.

The combined company will be named Chery Automotive Company and Jaguar Land Rover will produce in a factory in Changshu, near Shanghai.

There, from 2014 models rolling off the assembly specifically for the Chinese market are made. The cars Jaguar Land Rover are very popular in China, where sales in the first 10 months of this year by 80 percent. In particular, the types XJ, XF and Range Rover Evoque find there great demand.
